03
Unlimited communication and resources
Take advantage of the wealth of knowledge from our experienced doulas. From the time you hire us, you will have access to our client portal to ask questions and access support.
04
Attend our optional monthly gatherings
We encourage you to attend our monthly gatherings to meet other expectant parents and get to know all of our doulas. We believe community is of the utmost importance.

05
Attend a prenatal meeting in your third trimester
This prenatal meeting will be held in a small group setting with no more than three couples and two doulas. You will have one-on-one time with a doula to review your birth plan, discuss labor communication, any last minute concerns or questions, and more!
06
Labor & Birth Support
One of our on-call doulas will be in communication with you as you enter early labor and will come to your home or place of birth when you are ready for in-person support. She will stay with you for one to two hours after you give birth to assist with breastfeeding and make sure you are settled in with baby.

07
Postpartum Visit
The doula who attended your birth will come to your home or hold a virtual postpartum visit to check in on how feeding is going, process the birth with you and your partner and make any necessary referrals.

Why hire a doula?
We are your labor guides, your birth sherpas. We are the space-holders, the labor position experts, the providers of emotional and physical support. We are passionate about evidence-based education and advocacy. Doulas serve as a bridge of communication between their client and their providers, lifting them up to help them find their voices and advocate for the very best care.

Did you know studies show that having a doula can decrease the time you are in labor by 25%, reduce your chance of a C-section by 50%, decrease your likelihood of needing an epidural by 60%, and increase newborn APGAR scores? Studies also show that doulas can lead to fewer interventions, a higher likelihood of spontaneous vaginal birth and lower rates of postpartum depression and anxiety.
