Join Empowered Life for this evidence-based, engaging, hands-on course, packed full of everything you need to know to prepare you for your birthing day, postpartum and beyond!

• ​Six week course: $425

 Stages of labor, a-typical patterns, anatomy, medical   interventions, advocacy, labor positions, comfort measures, coping techniques, postpartum care, newborn care and breastfeeding

• Four week course: $335

 All of the above topics, minus newborn care and breastfeeding

• Classes are held at Beginnings Birth Center (off of Briargate Pkwy) Thursday evenings from 6-8:30pm

Time to Push childbirth classes are designed to support families preparing for birth in any setting, giving you the skills, confidence, and guidance you need for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.​ Classes provide a supportive space to ask questions, practice skills, and feel prepared for the arrival of your little one.

 

• Five week course: $400

        Childbirth education, comfort measures, infant feeding, 

        postpartum, and newborn basics     

• Three week course: $300

        Childbirth education and comfort measures

• Classes are held Tuesdays, 5:30–7:30pm at Freedom Chiropractic

Join Vanessa Stepan of Birth Well Colorado Springs for a comprehensive, four-week, evidence-based childbirth education class. Approved by Beginnings Birth Center, this course is designed to prepare you and your partner physically, mentally, and emotionally for labor, birth, breastfeeding, and the immediate postpartum period. Each couple will receive a comprehensive workbook, complete with helpful tools and curated local resources.

• Four week course: $450 (Mention that you found this class through Rocky Mountain Doula Co-op and receive $100 off)

• Classes are held at Vanessa’s home office, conveniently located in The Farm neighborhood (Voyager/Ridgeline area). Each session runs approximately two hours, from 6–8pm on a weekday evening.
